Research trends, audience behavior, and competitor strategies to inspire content ideas. 2.Content Creation & Innovation Produce high-quality content, including posts, graphics, and videos. Explore new formats, storytelling techniques, and trending topics to boost engagement. Propose interactive ideas like polls, challenges, and viral campaigns to drive participation. 3.Project Management Manage content calendars to ensure alignment with campaign timelines and seasonal trends. Oversee content production to ensure deadlines are consistently met. 4.Performance Analysis Track content performance using analytics tools to identify trends and insights. Spot content gaps and suggest ideas to improve engagement, growth, and conversions.
Requirements: 1. Experience in Web3 social media planning or marketing (preferably in CEX). 2.Excellent English writing skills with a talent for clear, engaging content. 3.Creative thinker with the ability to turn ideas into actionable plans. 4.Strong multitasking skills to manage projects and meet deadlines. 5.Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) and basic video editing is a plus. 6.Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
