Business Development Manager - Derivatives (Chinese speaking Regions，English-speaking Regions，Vietnam, Brazil, North America).

岗位职责：
-制定和执行战略，扩大目标地区的衍生品交易用户群。
-与机构客户和关键生态系统参与者建立和管理合作伙伴关系。
-识别市场趋势、用户需求和竞争对手活动，以推动产品和服务的改进。
-与内部团队合作，优化目标市场的活动和产品。
-策划和执行与影响者或媒体渠道的线上和部分线下营销活动。

岗位要求：
-在加密金融行业的业务拓展或销售方面有经验，或者有在加密市场社群/社-交媒体工作经验（返佣市场经验）。
-对衍生品交易和市场动态有深刻的理解。
-出色的沟通和谈判技巧，耐心了解各个客户的不同需求。

* 合约BD：合约BD--英语区/越南/巴西/北美等地
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategies to grow the derivatives trading user base in target regions.
2. Build and manage partnerships with institutional clients and key ecosystem players.
3. Identify market trends, user needs, and competitor activities to drive product and service enhancements.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product offerings and campaigns for target markets.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or sales in the crypto/financial industry.
- Strong understanding of derivatives trading and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Familiarity with the regulatory landscape in US, Canada, and Australia is a plus.
