🌟What You’ll Do: 1. 负责处理客户咨询,提供线上客服支持,解答关于交易所操作、帐户管理、交易流程等问题。 Handle customer inquiries and provide online customer support, addressing issues related to exchange operations, account management, and trading processes.
2. 透过目标语言与客户沟通,确保讯息的准确传达和有效率处理。 Communicate with customers in the target language to ensure accurate information delivery and efficient resolution of inquiries.
3. 负责收集客户回馈和建议,与团队共同改善服务流程和使用者体验。 Collect customer feedback and suggestions, collaborating with the team to improve service processes and user experience.
4. 能应付高强度的工作压力,依照排班时间提供服务,接受三班倒的工作安排(早、中、晚)。 Manage high work pressure and adhere to shift schedules, including rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
5. 定期参加培训,不断提升业务水平和客服技能。 Participate in regular training to continuously improve professional skills and customer service abilities.
🌟What We Look in You:
1.本科及以上学历,优先考虑语言类、金融类等相关专业 A Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in language, finance, or related fields.
2.必须具备流利的目标语言读写能力,能够无障碍地与当地客户沟通。 Must possess fluent reading and writing abilities in the target language to effectively communicate with local customers.
3.有良好的中文表达能力,能够准确理解并传达工作内容。 Strong proficiency in Chinese, with the ability to accurately understand and communicate work-related content.
4.有1年以上客服或相关职缺工作经验,有金融或数位货币交易所工作经验者佳。 At least 1 year of experience in customer service or related positions, with experience in finance or digital currency exchanges being a plus.
5.良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神,能够在压力下保持冷静和专注。 Excellent communication skills and team collaboration abilities, with the capacity to stay calm and focused under pressure.
6.熟练使用电脑和办公室软体,具备一定的网路知识。 Proficient in using computers and office software, with basic knowledge of the internet.
🌟 Shift Schedule & Remote Work 排班|居家办公 Five-day workweek with two days off. 做五休二客服排班三班制 Customer service shift schedule (three shifts): Morning: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Afternoon: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Night: 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM (Night shift allowance of 15U per shift)
